Mr. Francis Phee is the CEO and founder of ENDEQ MALAYSIA, having earned his Law degree from the University of Sussex in the United Kingdom in 1992. With over 40 years of international experience working with private industries across the Asia-Pacific region, he specializes in investment and development strategies. Additionally, Mr. Phee holds the position of treasurer for UNESCO.

His role involves representing the company in negotiating investment opportunities with both private entities and the government in Malaysia.

Our team excels in professionally managing the overall planning, control, and coordination of construction projects or portfolios to ensure timely completion within budget and according to clients' requirements.

This approach involves evaluating options through 3D coordination information, identifying items suitable for value engineering studies, and analyzing and developing ideas and alternatives to enhance function, quality, and cost-effectiveness.
